Wrapped in a puff pastry and served over a cranberry-cherry sauce with fresh fruit and our house made crackers.

House made fritters with chopped conch, red peppers, onions & spices. Dijon whole grain mustard dipping sauce.

Our own corn fritters made with pan roasted corn, red peppers and onions. Served with a sweet chili lime dipping sauce.


Sautéed with garlic, lemon and white wine, in our signature dog-bone puff pastry.

Topped with crumbled bleu cheese & chopped green onions. Served with a warm blue cheese dip.


House made meatballs with Bourbon BBQ sauce

Served on a cheese crostini


Three grilled shrimp with crawfish, andouille sausage, stone ground grits. Roasted red pepper coulis & spinach sauce.

Single-twelve,  Double-nineteen

Served on top of potato pancake with sour cream, salmon mousse, capers & chopped red onions.

Served with warm corn tortillas.

Topped with spinach, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers &  melted Havarti cheese.


Seared yellow fin tuna topped with a ginger and soy marinade.
