It has been on my mind to send a letter of thanks to both of you for the incredibly warm service and great food you provided for my co-worker for her family member’s funeral.

I was in a difficult situation trying to find a caterer “blind”, as I am in New Jersey, and did not know who to call in your area. I was calling any establishment that seemed to be in the area of my co-workers home, and having no luck. I needed to find someone who could handle my order on short notice, at a reasonable price, and deliver on a Holiday as well! Another restaurant owner recommended your business, and I feel lucky he did.

Both of you were easy to work with, great communicators, helpful, and the food got absolutely RAVE reviews! (You were right about that onion chicken!)
