Appetizers My boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday with my parents at Yellow Dog Café on July 3rd, and once again, we had an absolutely wonderful meal! The service was impeccable and the food was fabulous. Our thanks to Eric (our server) for taking such good care of us. I started out with the crab bisque, as I always do. It is the best bisque (of any kind) that I have ever had. I had the lobster in the puff pastry as my entree and it was delicious. The sauce was flavorful, but not too heavy. My boyfriend, Kevin, had the white salmon (it came highly recommended by Eric). Kevin was very pleased. It was not as heavy as pink salmon, but with all of the flavor. We're still talking about our wonderful dining experience. The chef is exceptional!
