Nancy and Stuart were featured on the front cover of a recent Special Dining Edition of the Space Coast Living magazine. In the article "Top Chefs Share Their Signature Dishes", Stuart actually tells you how to make one of his most famous dishes, Onion Crusted Chicken.
Any Yellow Dog Café regular will tell you that this is an absolutely delicious dish and commonly selected as a favorite.

Young Students Get Cooking
An article was recently published in the Florida Today Bay Bulletin about Stuart's volunteer work as a "celebrity chef" at St. Joseph's Catholic School culinary class.
Stuart taught some of the basics on cooking as well as a few of his tricks. Stuart said, "I probably got as much out of it as the kids did! It was fun."
The Zonta Club's Chocolate Festival
Stuart has volunteered his time and "chocolate" expertise at all the annual Zonta Club Chocolate Festivals. The Zonta Chocolate Festival is a fund raising event held at the Front Street Community Center in Melbourne. He's won the "Brevard's Best Chocolate" prize several times now.
The Zonta Club is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. The funds raised from events such as this go to both local and international initiatives.
